No - my debts were on credit cards & loan agreements, not overdrafts, so maybe that's why the OR didn't bother asking for them. I couldn't send them now even if they wanted me to because Alliance & Leicester told me to cut up my cashpoint card & send it to them, which I did. If the OR asks me for them now (& I doubt they will, seeing as agreeing to an IPA seems to conclude your dealings with them except if/when your circumstances change), I'll tell them all were cut up. I might chance my arm & ask LTSB for a new/replacement one & see what happens. If they send it, I'll be on the floor in shock. :)

hi all i got a letter from the TSB this morning:mad: and it reminded me id forgot to mention on monday about somthing my OR said regarding bank accounts.

As i understand it from the threads on here all accounts would be frozen on BR day (or whenever the OR got round to infoming them anyway) but apparently according to what my OR said they dont freeze them its up to the banks wether they freeze them or not?

As for the letter this morning, its regarding a joint account whith my OH which at BR was overdrawn by £300 on an agreed overdraft.
Now i know she will be liable for this debt but havnt heard anything from the TSB about it.

From the letter this morning i have found out they have just cancelled the agreed overdraft with no comunication with either of us and now are trying to apply the monthly intrest charge wich has triggered the usual computer letter 'you havnt enough funds to make this paymant' together with the we will charge you £30 for telling you this.
Surly they cant cancell an agreed overdraft and then charge us when we have not been informed? Help!

I had this happen to me, basically Lloyds TSB are heartless money grabbing so and so's!!! They screwed my partner and I on a loan, leaving us out of pocket by nearly £3000 by mis-selling us loan protection we could never use as my partner is classed as self employed. They knew the situation but still went ahead with it anyway!!
Then they cancelled the agreed overdraft and charged us for the letter and keep charging us again and again!! They seem to do what they like!!!
