when does "valid until" mean on sainsburys till spit

I have a problem working out when this little slip expires from Sainsburys, it says on front Valid Until 21/05/13, so did it run out (last night) 20th at midnight or does it expire tonight at 23.39hrs? Cos I looked at the back and it didn't say what UNTIL implies, and don't wish to look foolish by presenting it today , it bares today as the valid until , hmmm, this is confusing and am having a senior moment ha! Thanks if you know if it is still valid to use pls rsvp !

Thanks *insert red face symbol* I feel a bit thick now but that's me off to stock up, it says if I spend £70, I get £7 off at till, it excludes fuel and baby milk and all the usual gubbings (but it doesn't say anything about Southern Comfort LOL!)
