Mine didn't either. I think it gets taken off when they charge your credit card.

Tesco promotion changes happen on Tuesday nights and they run on four weekly cycles eg. ambient grocery (tins, drinks, food cupboard stuff, frozen), produce and dairy used to be together, health and beauty.

The reason that when you shop on line the discounts don't show is because of the length of time there can be before placing your order and receiving your delivery. When your 'picker' gets your shopping the offers may have changed or they might be out of stock. The best thing to do is choose the 'don't substitute' item for something that you're only getting for the BOGOF.
