Whilst any meetings to bring peace to NI are to be welcome I am at a loss as to why local politicians and political reps had to go to wales to meet up? Surely there is some irony or joke there that coming from such a small country they had to go to Wales to meet up, mainly at our expense as taxpayers!! Cant make sense of it at all...anyone??

I think it is described as meeting on neutral ground.
Previously there was the St Andrews agreement ."Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many"0 -
That's an expensive neutral, surely the city centre i.e. Hilton, Europa etc..are neutral...and they could have all got the bus, or black Taxis!! Maybe their definition of neutral includes nice meals and a few drinks, all inc of course..0

I think a picnic at Craigavon lakes would be just as neutral and wayyyyyy cheaper . Oh wait the roundabouts would confuse them."Do not regret growing older, it's a privilege denied to many"0
