The ones in this deal did not have the 4 free Pietermans. They were still on shelf at 15.99, IIRC

4 cans of becks vier for £1.50 at the mo in JS.
Bought some yesterday but price wont change until weds next week at least.

If the store has 20 x 440ml cans of Stella advertised at £9.99, then the packs with the extra 4 free cans of Petermans must be sold for the same price. The extra cans wouldn't be free otherwise. I would buy these packs and if they went through at the higher price I'd get a refund for the difference at Customer Services.

I take it these are 440ml cans, as I've seen Becks Vier in the smaller cans. For anyone who doesn't know, Becks Vier is not the same as Becks Bier. I got a load free on R&R at Tesco last year and it's weaker (4% ABV I think). While it's drinkable, it's not like drinking proper Becks.

Dialectic was correct here (and I was WRONG, I admit it) - The 20 Stella + 4 free Peeterman 4% are also lurking around at the back of the store now priced at £9.99 too. I didn't get any on Friday, so I just had to get some today, It would have been rude not to.

Now we just need a nickname for Peeterman, which shouldn't be too hard...

From tomorrow Sainsburys are doing a mix and match of Stella 20 x 284ml, Carlsberg 18 x 440ml and Becks 20 x 275ml. Any 3 for £20.

Gotta be 3 of the Becks in my opinion. :beer:
