Neither would accept my email address, just kept saying my second email address did not match the first. I only entered it once! They asked me to rectify it, but that did not work either.

Aw, sorry they didn't work for you... They credited instantly for me as soon as I put my email in. I used a gmail address if that helps (a spare one that I only use for these spammy type offers)
