Just waiting for a reply from CF via email. I managed to put in a ticket, I think it accepted it without an I.D. in the end, although it said it was essential to enter one.

This asks phone number and then before completing there are usual questions about whether you'd like a chance to win X every week and then small prints informing you that it will cost you each week to enter, but no option to say "no thanks" . I hate it when they do that.
