Yes, it only pays once, but it is basically a way for gift hulk to get new members signed up via their FB / G+ account details. There are often 3 or 4 fake ones like that for GH doing the rounds on different walls. I am not sure if it's Gift Hulk desperate for members or if it's someone paying for referrals, but has been going on for over a year now. It's the main reason i won't use GH site as they got me to join via a con.
