I have a question about a week ago my son who is a frequent user of InstaGC has cashed out numerous occasions with out any trouble. Then one day tries to cash out again he get a message You currently do not have access to the instant gift cards system". Then it asked him to update with his social media sites...A reply came back how long has he had his Facebook....For a 15 year old kid that is pretty scary..As a parent I am of course concerned about this why would a site want to know how long a 15 year old kid have his Facebook..Is that type of question even necessary......0

usually means that more than one user has loged in from the same location/ip address, and it looks to the "system" like a user is trying to use multiple accounts. Possibly he has logged in from school ? Possibly someone else from his school has been banned? It looks like they are trying to find some simple way of veryfying he is him and not someone else who was previously banned.0

There is nothing to be scared about. It's an additional verification question being asked because something must not match up. What is his username, or have him submit a new ticket please?
