Have you contacted the MSE admin team to get permission to post as a company rep?

If unticked, it means you had accidentally or purposely marked an instaGC email from the past as spam. It will most likely become unticked again, so you will need to submit a support ticket so your email can manually be removed from the spam blacklist.“Official Company Representative

You can see what your ip address is and where it appears to be from by going to http://ip-address-lookup-v4.com/
some tablets such as amazon ones use proxy servers to speed things up and some amazon tablets will show you as from the USA unless you switch off the proxy. Opera browser, when turbo is activated, might also cause that problem.
what browser are you using to access the site, and from a PC, Mac, tablet or mobile ? Does the address i gave above show you as USA or UK ?0
