I just tried to redeem £1 amazon voucher for the first time.. it asked me for my mobile number to get verification code.. i got the code and entered it but then when I went to try and redeem again it said:

You currently do not have access to the instant gift cards system. Please create a support ticket to obtain access.

Is that normal for first time trying to redeem?
