wrong Aero win help??!!

had a call from Bauer media about aero win
im really confused as its a pampering makeover but i entered the
All Saints one , i wouldnt have entered the pamper one
& not from mse
what should i do?

If you don't want the prize if it was me i'd just ask them to pass it on to the next person who got drawn,
hope another win turns up in it's place xx

its not that i dont want it or am ungrateful but i only entered the All Saint one on my local Glasgow radio station
its great ive won at all but the wrong prize

Just write back to them and explain that you entered the All Saints one and not the pampering one. They may have made a mistake when notifying you as the prize changes every day

no its cool I realise that
however... I DO want the prize I entered for though thats all,,
im out & in hosp a lot for tests etc & a makeover is last thing on my mind right now so i wouldn't have done to win that.
i remember saying what bliss it would be though to win the All Saint clothing one & I know thers one quite near in Glasgow getting chauffeur driven & no public transport would have been great & so i entered just the one day.its just confusing
i wonder if he will change it though?

thanks One-Eye but that doesnt explain my prize being a different one..or did I miss something in the tc's maybe?

Maybe you might be able to take advantage at a later date. Hubby got a letter re the Adrenalin Driving win...the last paragraph is this

Your prize is valid for one year from the date of this letter....
