    Don't give them fuel story bullet points are your friend.

    I.e

    -bathroom was due on x date
    contacted store on z date spoke to joy blogs promised delivery by y date
    Final arrived on z date

    Due to this late arrival I was unable to move in till x date making me occur £x cost s

    No. You are turning it into War and Peace, with a chapter on your elderly neighbour, and another on how helpful one B&Q chap was, and so on. People do not have the time to read something so long winded.

    The OP appears to have received atrocious service from B&Q, and in revenge he has bored them to death. :o Sorry to be blunt, but the letters are long winded, and tedious and frankly they are very boring. It is hardly surprising they did not reply. I managed to read the first one or two, but came over all sleepy.

    Letters of complaint are supposed to be brief, informative, and to the point. For example, "Delivery booked for Satuday between 8am and 12 noon. The delivery was at 7:15am and we were not present to inspect the items which were left with an elderly neighbour. We later found an item was missing, and one week later found another item was incorrect." And so on.

    It is possible that someone read them, and fell asleep, or just filed them under whinger, rather than take them seriously.
