THanks OP!! Does anyone know how the voucher value is deducted though? I get to my payment page and although I tick the voucher/s (I've tried various combos!) I want to use, the amount stays the same.

I am surethat you don't see the discount until you submit to the next page where you would then enter debit/credit cards.It is very confusing but I have always had the discount applied in the past.

None of the links work for me either, just tried on my mobile and tablet and two different browsers, makes no difference. Could anyone direct me to the short code if it's still around please? Thanks so much.

Edit: Nevermind, just noticed the posts above. Thanks guys! But now it says "The Loyalty Portal is experiencing technical difficulties
