Mortgage Arrears Fees- Clarification Required

I have got in a mess with my finances and along with some very very bad advice from a mortgage broker fell behind with my mortgage. I have a suspended possession order on my property so long as I make a payment of £100 on top of my mortgage. I have recently found out that the £100 is being divided up £40 for arrears fee and £60 towards debt.

My main question is once it has been to court shouldn't those fees be stopped?

Any help appreciated!

You need to go and see a CAB Citicens Advice Bueau asap.

Also there must be info either on this site or on the net which will help you. Also speaking directly to your lender might help.

You need to take charge and ownership of this to get this resolved otherwise they will take your property and you will still be left with fees to pay.

Have you checked out the debt help board on this site, people there can help and point you in the right direction.
