Yes, but given that 22 days is less than the statutory minimum I think it would be reasonable to assume that in fact the allowance is 22 days plus bank holidays, so actually 30 days in total, which would then need to have the pro rata calculation done - so probably 18 days for the OP (but perhaps not all days available to take at will if the shop is closed on some or all of the bank holidays).
