anybody got any experience of this? me and the wife are going to give it a shot once we have our food hygiene certificates. its just basic party buffet food nothing fancy, we have agreements with local bakers and butchers to supply the pastries, chicken legs etc and we are doing the rest, sandwiches etc ourselves.
