omg...yes I do have other debts..this one is just the tip of the ice-berg but that extra money will go towards our wedding fund! (Well....half of it might, the other half I may use to help pay off our other loan quicker).:D

I love that statement....."omg...yes I do have other debts"

but I do know how good it feels to be staring at the last two payments to a huge loan (was over £10k when it started and two more payments and it will be gone):T

Just see my signature for whether I have other debts:rotfl:

What amazes me so much now is that I used to hide the letters, worry, not sleep.....and since joining this board I can't wait for the postman and to put the info onto my snowball and what the numbers go down. Every penny goes off a bill whenever possible.

Wow that must be a wonderful feeling. The other debt will come down quicker as you can throw more money at it. You can look forward to re-planning your finances. The other debt will come down quicker if you can throw more money at it. Remember to post again when the final payment has gone and we can share cyber drink to celebrate!

I consider my debt to be £15,200 approximately but unfortunately we also have a car loan which finishes in December which I feel too depressed to add to the total debt but as it just goes out every month I am going to continue to pretend that particular debt doesnt exist.

Well done on becoming closer to being debt free.

    There'a common theme here....

I pay £373.03 a month on my car and I only have two months left on that.

As mentioned above, I've had the car 4 years but always had it dealer serviced and looked after it so I'm not going to part-ex it now, so somebody else can get the benfits of a cheap well looked after car.

It gets cheaper every month that I hold on to it now!

A good additional amount to put towards my credit card ;)
