this may sound really daft but i have been doing the givauden internet research questions and they have sent me £5 capital bond voucher as a thank you...

how do i use it? i have never seen one before, do i just pay it into my bank account?

You use it at shops, like HMV, BHS, Boots, if you google capital bond it will give you a list of shops you can use it in.:j
