There was definitely no verbal agreement over the ticket fare
I think I am going to write a polite letter asking for documentation of air fare expense see what the reply with
And if they do take it further then seek the advise of the pfa
On a side note because I am currently classed as part time from previous dealings with the pfa they don't seem to be very forthcoming with advise even though I have previously been a paying member of the pfa for several years
I don't want to send a letter coming across all irate etc because as ppl say it tends to get you nowhere0
