yeah!! we did it !!

we was finally after sleepless nights declared bankrupt this morning :j the lady deeling with us was the friendly and nicest person we have ever met and very understanding she went through our forms with us then took the forms to the judge and they got stamped about 25 mins later :j we then went into another room where we spoke to some person on the phone just confirming name,address D.O.B etc and that was it:T she even told us to go and have a glass of wine lol....now we have to wait for the telephone interview can anyone advise us of what happens on this?

also about bank accounts from my other thread i have just rang about co-op cashminder account and we have been acepted straightaway :T i really feel today has been a sucessful day

    The telephone interview can be a bit different for everyone, but basically the OR will be wanting to fill in all the gaps in your affairs.

    If you have any worries on what they will ask about your finances, cars, property, benefits, or anything then please ask.
    Lots of us have been there and will gladly share our experiences. :)

    thanks for that...just wondering about my car its worth about £1,200 roughly and paid for, the lady we saw today doesnt think i will get it taken away from me but i dont want to get my hopes up yet

    what soet of things will they ask? any to put you on the spot? think i will have to keep a copy of my SOA by the phone to refer too as i tend to go blank headed with nerves

  • Congratulations ... I too have a co op cash minder a/c and a electron card that I have used all over the place for petrol , sainsburys , Aldis , even Mc Donalds !!! one thing someone told me is if you try to use it on line and electron isn't an option use the visa option and it goes through ok ... still to try it out .... I sleep so well now that I don't want to get up in the mornings ...hahaaha

  • Aldi's is a cheap supermarket ..... and Mc Donalds that was my daughter pointing it out to me .... no excuses now !!
