Maternity leave questions ?

Hi All,

I need some advise for my maternity leave.

My baby was born on 9 Sept 2012 and the maternity leave will end on 7 Sept 2013. I am still received SMP until 7 Jun 2013.
But I will not return to work after my 52 weeks maternity leave.

My question is:
1-when should I give a notice?
(The handbook said , The minimum notice is 1 week for each completed year of service up to 12 completed years, I started work from Jun 2010)
(I think I need to give them 3 weeks notice, should I give on 17 May 2013 to 7 Jun 2013 OR 17 Aug 2013 to 7 Sept 2013 ?)

2-how much I can receive for my entitled holiday pay accrued to date?(How they count my holiday? until Jun 2013 or Sept 2013 ?)

I was reading through about to post just hand it in at end of 9months so you recieve all your pay first...then I read about hoilday pay...

They will count it for up to sept if thats when you put your notice in to end im 99% certain anyway. I am going back of M/L taking my 6 weeks hoilday and going back off with my 2nd...^_^
