Well done - that's great news for you?

Thats great congratulations, how exciting! its good to hear of people getting mortgages in this climate ! Can I ask, do clydesdales only offer to people within a certain area or is it nationwide?
Also did you go direct or through a broker?
Thanks0 -

As far as I'm aware it's Nationwide - at least I hope so, I'm up in Scotland, don't think there is any condition on it!0 -

I think CB lend to all areas, and application was directly to bank. Didn't see need for a broker as case was more or less straightforward and brokers we spoke to could only recommend government schemes which we were reluctant to go with.0
