Muesli, the horrendous Nature Valley bars (they're all sugar), the soup (canned has added sugar), and the wholemeal toast.
I'd ditch the canned soup and make your own - that way you know what goes into it and it's so filling - I hate and detest veg but will happily eat a massive bowl of blended veg soup.
Ensure your whey protein isn't one of those that's blended with carbs - I've fallen into that trap before and it's annoying!
Apples and bananas are pretty high carb, but also pretty good for you - better those carbs than empty ones like white pasta.
Have some scrambled egg for breakfast - same calories, more protein.
I also ponder whether you're underestimating calorie counts - an apple on its own has 65-100 cals never mind 3 fruits?
Good luck - basically I find trying to eat clean rather than think about what we have been conditioned to find healthy is more productive - a 4 quid blender from Asda and I can now make all sorts of soups and sauces so I don't have to buy the pre-processed stuff in cans and jars
Also, since I started eating cleaner I've managed to finish a round of the Insanity workouts, start powerlifting and I've signed up for a Spartan Race

Hmmm, will ditch the nature valley bars. Lunch is a little trickier simply as I don't get a lot of time to do much in the office. But I can sway more towards the tuna salad as I can buy the salad prep'd from tesco.
I did mean 60 cals per apple - think I mistyped there
I don't "treat" often, but make it worthwhile when I do. Salmon in pasta with pine nuts, etc.
I use the Sci-MX Whey protein shake. I'll definitely look into making my own soups though - sounds like a good plan!0 -
Honestly I've saved so much money doing the soups as well - leftover stew with extra veg, add spices, blend - boom. I make 2 batches and freeze in Tupperware so I just chuck it in the microwave at work

I think if you want to go under 100 than you have to try hard things for that and leave on many things that you have not left yet. For me try workouts and exercises that will help and be on the lowest calorie diet.0
