Sorry but starting to get in a panic now but
Under listing assets do I include my computer and printer even though they are from one of my catalogues and not paid for yet (computer)? TV, video & DVD player (TV about £70, video £50 and DVD Player £20 and the usual fridge freezer )
Under the Question: Please provide details of your previous residential address(es) where you have incurred debts or liabilities. - what do they mean by this, I had bank account and credit cards at my last addresses, cant remember when I moved in to or out of them only when we moved into this address we are at now. Cant even remember some of the addresses

I took it to mean if there was a debt there that you hadn't "brought with you" so to speak, like not told them where you live now?

The court clerk said I had to list at least one of my previous addresses if I had any debts whilst living there, regardless of whether the debt was incurred whilst living at that address or not.0 -

Don't worry!!! I only put my present address. When I had my phone interview with the OR, she asked me about maiden names and previous addresses. We have moved loads (like about 11 times in 5 years) and all rented. I have no idea what is where. She said that was fine she'd look into it and if I received anything at anytime, to forward it on to her and she would deal with it!:starmod: I am not that savage :heartpuls But I am a Vixen :staradmin0 -

Don't put your TV video etc the OR is only interested in items that they could sell. The catalogue is the debt, not the computer, and when you have your OR interview, they will ask what your last spending was, you can explain it was the PC and they will decide if you can keep it or not.:starmod: I am not that savage :heartpuls But I am a Vixen :staradmin0
