It's a sign-up, buy nine get one free offer. Small cards available to record purchases available in their shops and cafes, e.g. Singleton Hospital, Swansea. No limit and no end date shown.
Not sure how far outside S. Wales their "empire" expends. I suspect this is a S Wales freebie only.
