    Argh I'm having such difficulty getting our boiler replaced!!

    Our first attempt was with British Gas - they came out to do the checks and I've heard nothing since. That was in July.
    September I sign up with a different company. They didn't contact me so after chasing the guy tells me it's £100 installation fee!! That was MAM Part of Lazenby (name and shame).

    In the middle of all this I signed up my MIL and hers was sorted and installed within 10 days.

    ARGHHHH.
