It suited you for 5 years to gain the benefits of being clearly self-employed so no amount of complaining about a "job" you once had is going to get it back. You'd be using your time better looking for more work for your driver/deliveryman provision business.
This is not correct. Even if the OP was happy to be self-employed (which isn't clear from her posts), whether you are self-employed or employed is not a matter of choice. It is the responsibility of the employer to ensure that anyone who would be considered to be employed by HMRC is treated as employed and not self-employed.0
