Mortgage valuation due-what's involved?

Just curious but have a but have a mortgage valuation planned for Monday.
Would anyone know what the valuer would be looking for and are there any questions we need to ask?
Also will I get a copy of the report?

Thanks as usual

Are you buying, selling, or remortgaging?

If buying, and you aren't paying the surveyor to do a more in-depth survey for yourself, you might - but are unlikely - to get the valuation report because this is done for the lender.

If selling, you won't get it.

If remortgaging, I doubt you'd get it.
