    Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker
    Halifax are certainly more lenient that some other high street banks, but unlikely to accept with 2 recent defaults.

    The credit files will tell you if the defaults are registered with one CRA, two, or all three. This will give your broker a good steer in the right direction.

    Why not settle the default you currently have? An arrangement to pay on a credit history is not good from any perspective.
