house repossession

Hi, sorry if this is in the wrong forum, i am having my house repossessed and have been sent the claim form from the HM courts and Tribunals service, my question is do i complete and return the defence form ?? I have another house sorted to move to as I have known this has been coming for a few months now so I am not going to try and dispute the claim.
I just don't want to be signing this form and making my self liable for any money owed to them as I am going down the bankruptcy route in the next couple of months.
Thank in advance for any advice

You need to fill out and return the form. I pointed out that I did not intend to dispute the repossession on mine.
Don't worry about making yourself liable. You wouldn't incur any liability in this case anyway, but it is signing of documents after you have been declared bankrupt you would need to be very careful about.0 -
