debts after discharge

Hi All
I've recently been discharged from BR and have been checking my credit reports. I've found 2 CCJ's that were processed a month after I went BR.
Clearly the debt was accrued before my BR (they weren't mentioned in the BR as I don't know what the hell they are!) - can I get them satisfied or will i be liable and have to pay?
Thanks in advance.

If the debt was incurred before your BR, then they are included in your BR whether or not the OR knew about them.
Send the creditors a copy of your BR order if you can find out who they are, and then:
Contact your former OR ASAP with the details you have, and they will advise you from there.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
