Halifax mortgage Application

Could anyone help with the following?
I've been through the AIP process and also full application with the Halifax, survey (valuation as new build) has been instructed for next week. Is this a good indication that I have passed credit check stage? Or will this be done after the valuation results are back?
If anyone has any recent experience of this with Halifax I would be grateful for your comments. Also how do you find out which 'Grade' you were given by them, I have asked my broker but he said he isn't privy to this information.
Many thanks

Yes that's a good sign, whether it's a A, B, or C pass will become apparent when they either ask you for basic information (last payslip) or more detailed documents.0

Thanks, they have requested last 3 payslips and a letter from my employer, as I'm currently on maternity leave, confirming that I will return to work on the same package oh and pre maternity payslip. Fingers crossed, waiting for an offer (or decline) is nail biting stuff!!!0

You have passed the credit check stage - only thing that could affect it now is if your wage slip or whatever don't reflect what you have said. Sounds fine to me - prob B pass for what they are asking for.0
