Has anyone opened their immortelle precious cream from the floral delights collection? I have just opened the silver seal and the pot is empty??? there is no cream inside it even though it says it contains 15ml of it??

Ha ha Zoe you made me chuckle.

My husband is exactly the same. I often push him out the door to take the dog for a walk just before I think the postman is going to come :rotfl:

    Must get a dog!

Ditto just opened my jar, pealed back seal and its completely empty, I have called them and they asked me to return it to the free post address and they will replace free of charge.

Glad I read your post and checked I was going to give this with the other facial skin care to someone as a gift. How embarrassing that would have been an empty jar:rotfl:

A good trick is to have some rubbish/recycling ready to take out if you spot the delivery person approaching your door. Maybe some cardboard/drinks cans for recycling.

This will stop the delivery person ringing your doorbell which will alert your husband/wife. Sign for your parcel as far away from your front door as possible, try not to talk to the delivery person. Then quickly find a hiding place for your parcel and wait until your husband /wife go to the toilet.

Arrghh! Have ordered for a gift for a friend's birthday next week and mine's not arrived yet (although has been dispatched). Won't have time to return and get a replacement!

Thanks for alerting me. Not sure what to do now. What if I open it and it's not empty?! They won't replace it then, will they? Dilemma!

Another good tip - and certainly cheaper/easier than getting a dog! Our recycle bins are outside the back door, though.

    Will work on another plan!

How spooky is that???? Was just typing this post and there was a knock at the door. The delivery! Husband just had another moan about it! He's supposed to be at work but had a minor op yesterday and is recovering.

No I just looked at the products and put them all back in their bags.
Thanks for the tip - I will have a look tonight xx

My husband always gets in before me so I can not sneak anything postal past him!

I have had a load of magazine subscription gifts delivered this past week as well. I think he just has product envy. I have offered to share :rotfl:
