Remortgaging a 110% mortgage

I hope someone can help.
We have a 110% mortgage (£100,000) that we got from Northern Rock nearly 8 years ago. After the initial 5 years fixed rate, we're now on a relatively high 5% rate. Is it possible to remortgage part or whole of this mortgage with another broker to a much reduced rate or are we stuck paying this inflated rate?
Many thanks

As you have no equity you will not be able to change lender.0
