Ok so finally sorted the dmp with Stepchange (cccs).
They have all the details and said first payment should be 1st June.
Feel relieved already that someone else is taking ovrr responsibility in a way to get this sorted and all I have to do is ensure my monthly payments are made.
Anyone elses experience of being on a dmp would be great.
Cannot wait till its all paid and tbh I can forget about ever having credit again. Just not worth all the stress ive had.

I`m ending mine, with Payplan, next month after 90 months (see my sig for details).
It wont be easy but as long you commit to it you can succeed like I have.
Good luck !0 -
I found it to be a massive help, and a weight off my shoulders, my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner, there would have been a lot less to pay back if I had.ISA £1675

I've been with Stepchange for 3 years, about another 2 to go. I'm so pleased I made the decision. It hasn't been easy but I've learned a good, hard lesson.
There is a thread - DMP mutual support thread Part 9 (I think). I don't often post on there, but lurk lots and find it only helpful. You'll find loads of people over there with plenty of experience.
Good luck.Ninja Saving Turtle0
