Hi All,
Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated!
My partner has two children with his ex and the CSA are trying to calculate (badly!) how much he needs to pay each week.
We have no problem in paying what his ex is due to however he is on 'zero hours' contract at work which means he only works as and when required; sometimes it is a lot of hours and other times not so much.
Anyone know how we get round this as they seem to want a flat payment but obvously his wages are so up and down? We can't seem to get a straight answer!
Thanks in advance

Is he paid weekely or monthly? Has he provided payslips?0

He is paid fortnightly and we have provided payslips and just found out today that his employer has also sent them. They seem to think he is paid weekly so they have been working it out incorrectly on that basis already and din't seem to have an answer for us as to what we should do when he doesn't receive any/many hours....Debt free 2018

They should be doing an average. Provide them with his P60 info and they can do a average for the year from that.0
