I would like to claim my bank charges but I do not have x5 years worth of bank statements, can you please help; how do i get these, do i just phone the bank?

If you go into the reclaim your bank charges thread there are template letters you can download at the top of the page.They took my signature away!!!!

use the Templates provided and follow the instructions provided. I am in the process of reclaiming.
I would advise that you ensure all correspondence is done in writing and keep copies of all letters you send along with proof of postage (I am anyway)... and keep all letters received about it from the Bank. Read through everything Martin has said on this before you start.0
