Do I need to inform respondent why I am asking for release of documents from them, as I believe if I was to answer this could jeopardize my case.
They have sent an email to ET asking them to strike out the case because I have not told them why I believe the documents I requested are required. I replied to the ET with my replies to the email and they are asking to see my replies. Some of what I have said could form part of my case, so why should I tell them what I am going to use in my defence.
