ET documents.. telling other side why

Do I need to inform respondent why I am asking for release of documents from them, as I believe if I was to answer this could jeopardize my case.

They have sent an email to ET asking them to strike out the case because I have not told them why I believe the documents I requested are required. I replied to the ET with my replies to the email and they are asking to see my replies. Some of what I have said could form part of my case, so why should I tell them what I am going to use in my defence.

Maybe you should get some advise from CAB. You could also get some advice from ACAS helpline 08457 47 47 47 . Or you could try here Employment Tribunals Public Enquiry line: 0845 795 9775.

Ubdai you are asking alot of questions. I suggest you keep it all to one thread for ease of use and also I would suggest you post on redundancyforum.co.uk as you seem to have lots of questions
