Clearing old CCJ

Hi all,

My wife and i have an excellent credit score save a ccj issued to my wife 4.5yrs ago.

The debt has since been paid off however i want to get the credit record "satisfied" that we have repaid the debt.

The debt was with natwest.

As i understand it i need proof from Natwest that we've repaid all monies and then speak to the county court.

Does anyone have any idea which department to head for at Natwest?

I'm not even sure where to start.

I think the solicitors for them that dealt was cobbetts or suchlike, is it worth trying through them or should i deal with the bank directly?

any help would be great thanks.
