Settling debts... Lowell

Hi Everyone

I finally have my credit report and I am sorting it all out.... I have 7 debts which all state Lowell ( I have no idea who this Lowell is??) 5 of the debts come off my credit report next month so taking advice from here I only really want to settle the last 2, but if I contact them wont they hassle me for the other 5? When this drops of my report can they legally not come after me?

When you say " come off my report " do you mean it will be 6 years since you acknowledged the debt and they will become Statute Barred? Or 6 years since the default date?

Lowells are debt collector/buyers.

6 Years from default date does not necessarily mean the debts are statute barred.
