Anyone heard of Acax meeting at Jc+

I have a meeting with JC+ tomorrow due to having my benefit sanctioned.

I am sure the girl on the phone said when I go to front desk just to tell them its a Acax meeting

Anyone know what Acax or maybe something similar sounding?

Ajacs. It's a particular type of meeting diary we book into. Nothing to worry about its just to tell the adviser what diary to look at.

As the OP will have found out by now, AJACS appointments are used when someone has failed to sign on the day of their regular fortnightly review.

It is something to worry about if you haven't got a good reason for not attending on the scheduled day.
