General Form of Judgement or Order

Good evening
I really need someone's help.
I was sold a dodgy car in December and issued a small claims process against the defendant.
During the whole process we didn't receive any inormation from the defendant and the court issued a warrant judgement against him. I was summoned to a court case three weeks ago where the defendant disputed the warrant against him.
I received a general form of judgement or order today that states
IT IS ORDERED THAT
1. Application dismissed
2. No order as to costs
Does this mean my small claims against the defendant has been dismissed or his request for a warrant?
I'm confused and the court number won't assist as they cannot give legal advise!
Thanks.

I am not sure about this but it sounds consistent with the defendant applying to have the a judgement against him set aside and HIS application being dismissed - i.e. that the original judgement stands.
However, you might be best speaking to the CAB about it.0
