1. This prize draw is open to all individuals in the United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) aged 18 years or over.
2. Employees and representatives (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its agents, third parties and anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter.
3. There ten prizes available – ten cases of Banrock Station wine, each containing 6 bottles of the same wine. Competition winners will have a choice of wines that are available on Asda.com.
4. No purchase is necessary. To submit your entry, please complete all mandatory fields on the entry form.
5. The closing date for receipt of entries is 23.59 on 05.06.13
6. Only one entry per person is allowed. No bulk, third party or organised group entries will be accepted. Incomplete, illegible, or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, damaged or lost as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
7. The winners will be randomly selected under independent supervision and notified by email using the email address entered on the prize draw form within 7 days of the closing date. If contact is not made in the first attempt, 3 more attempts will be made in the following 7 days. If contact is not made by then, the winner will have an additional 7 days to contact the Promoter. After this point the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a new winner for the prize in the same way. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for being unable to contact the winner due to problems with the winners' mobile or network connection or for any other reasons beyond its control.
8. For the competition winners name and county of residence, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope after 01.07.13 marked Winning With Wine to PO Box 6065, Bournemouth, BH1 9AY.
9. The winner may be required to participate in unpaid publicity relating to the competition and consent to his/her name, photographs, and entries being used for such purposes by the Promoter. By entering the prize draw you agree to give the Promoter and its group of companies permission to keep all material and information submitted as part of your entry, on electronic or hard copy databases and filing systems for the purpose of the promotion and by entering the promotion you agree to us transferring your data to our promotional partners to enable the awarding of winning prizes.
10. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions and to their details being communicated to third parties in relation to this promotion. Please retain a copy for your information.
11. Limitations of liability. Neither the promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibilities or liability for:
•Any incorrect or inaccurate code entry, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
•Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of codes at any point in the operation of this promotion.
•Communications line failure, regardless if cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, serves, computers, or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
•Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.
•Any injury or damage to participants upon delivery and/or use of their prize.
12. The promoter cannot guarantee that the prizes will be free from disruptions, failings or cancellations. The Promoter shall not be liable for such disruptions failings or cancellations unless they are caused by the Promoter's negligence.
14. Regretfully, we cannot be held liable for system failures on the website or at any of our promotional third party partners. Neither can we be held responsible for the failure to fulfil the obligations of any third parties involved in this promotion, although we will always endeavour to minimise the effect to the participant of any such failure.
15. No cash alternative will be available. In the event of unforeseen circumstances the Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse fulfilment of the prize if there is any suspicion of fraud.
17. Conduct of participation. Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the code redemption process or the operation of the promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Condition; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the promoter to be disruptive.
18. The Promoters decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
