Was looking for a cross cut shredder and came across this at Amazon - a Fellowes P55c Cross Cut Shredder at £14.99 with free delivery. This normally retails at £39.99.

Makro is also doing the Fellowes Shredmate for £11.75 (incl. Vat) in its Makro Mail deals. This retails at Argos for £24.99. This is probably more suitable for home use though you will need a makro card to buy this.

Comes up at £43.91 for me. That's not a referral link is it?0

No, it was a genuine post, I was looking at it on screen, RRP £39.99 reduced to £14.99 but by the time I'd added it to my basket it had changed to £43.91. Something very screwy going on - one of the marketplace sellers has suddenly jumped to £140!
Amazon are seriously going to shoot themselves in the foot if they want to try and become a pseudo-eBay with add-on rip-off merchants.0 -
sorry, wasn't trying to accuse you of doing anything wrong, just wondered because it worked without the bit on the end starting with 'ref='0

When I posted the link it was at £14.99. Don't know what happened to the price, could it have been a misprice on Amazon's part. They are not unknown for this sort of thing.
Anyway the Makro offer is still on for the next 2 weeks. If you do not have a card, perhaps know someone who has and borrow it.0 -
