Hello, I'd like to do the Tesco exchange for Denby vouchers but I really can't work out how to do it - the e-mail I've had from Tesco (Tesco Clubcard statement & Clubcard exchange now on) doesn't mention Denby??? Sorry, I'm not usually this thick!

Denby offer is not part of the double up exchange - it is in the normal club card "deals" section and there is a limited time offer at the moment to exchange for 3 x value rather than 2 x value.

same here ... called them after a few hours and they said they had 'run out of codes' - but they will miraculously get some more on Tuesday, that is, when the 50% sale has ended. Call me cynical but this seems a bit fishy to me ...
