What next with Canada Square Operations?

Hi
I requested an SAR from Canada Square Operations back in early March.
At the end of April my £10 cheque was cashed.
As the 40 days were well over, I sent a final letter before action two weeks ago.
I have just got back from holiday and I have received nothing from them.
Any advice on what I do next?
