Redemption Statement Fees!!!HELP

I have 2 loans with the same company which are secured on my home.
Along with £1890.00 in penalty charges on my redemption statement I have exit fees of £275.00 per loan.
On top of this I requested redemption statements for these loans 6 months ago and then again recently as I have sold my home.
On the statement they are charging me £75 per redemtion statement.
So altogether £300 for the 4 statements.

Can someone please help me regarding which if any of these charges I can contest.
I have tried and tried to get help on this matter with no reply.
My house sale will complete on 31st of May.
If I have to pay all the charges up front I am going to be out of poccket to the tune of about £3000.
PLEASE PLEASE HELP SOMEBODY!!!
Thanks.

'Penalty' charges ? You mean early redemption ? If so, not contestable.

Exit fee - if this has been raised since you took out the loan this should be contestable down to the level of what it was initially.

Redemption statements - unfortunately I can't offer any advice on this. It does seem high top me, but IANAL.

    The £1890.00 is for "Letters".
    Not redemption penalty.
How can anyone justify charging £75 for 4 pieces of paper for a redemption statement?
From googling this I have found on average price for a statment is free and then duplicates cost no more than £20 .
So in effect the MOST that would seem to be "Fair" would be £40 at a maximum ?
