How many times can you make the same mistake and log in as one of your other accounts.
I wish I had caught the actual thread, as clearly now back working for Sainsburys..!
It actually quite annoys me that the good work that is done on these forums educating, supporting, identifying issues is being used for you to fraudulently submit an application to Halifax.
Your "age" is going to massively work against you, Homes, the other Nosense no tax alias and I still think Halifax will decline you.
And this is no matter how good your "photoshop" skills are as they can tell via the HMRC now exactly how much tax you have paid and I think Sainsburys wont be paying as high as your "new IT/HR job"
When you put some stupid comment back after school, I will not be replying; nor to any other can someone tell me xyz, wanting to buy a newbuild near Solihull - clownI am a Mortgage Broker

Which just goes to prove what an immature and childish person the poster is, judging by their posts and numerous aliases they appear to be a Walter Mitty character living in a fantasy world.0 -

"Ok, Halifax accept 8/10 applicants and I am the verge of applying to them via a broker.
Facts:
£150,000 new build house
5% deposit
20% from government via Help to buy scheme
LTV = 75% mortgage
£28,000 a year, full time, 4 years at current employment lived at address over 10 years.
Credit file: No defaults, missed payments, ccjs, no financial associations.
Paid off £600 worth of debt couple of days ago, but experian hasn't updated nor has equifax to show this.
Number of credit accounts (including those settled)13
Amount of available credit (excluding mortgages) £3,185
% of your total credit being used (excluding mortgages) 25%
Amount of outstanding debt (excluding mortgages) £1,115
Number of accounts overdue 0
Number of missed or late repayments in the last year 0
Negative factors
You have recently opened 1 or more new credit accounts.
The age of your accounts indicates lenders are likely to view you as higher risk
You have a significant number of recent searches on your credit report
Positive factors
The usage of your available credit indicates a lower risk
7 credit searches in last 12 months, 4 this year, a couple of weeks of each other around 3 months ago.
Do I stand a good chance? I think the credit searches are going to hold me back. "0 -
He has already posted that a few times.
Salary seems to have gone up, but lost the £4000 per month undeclared.0 -

I think that you are held back by nature, rather than credit file
