Need ideas for music themed car rally - Fancy dress!!

Me and my hubby are taking part in a car rally in 6 weeks time. This is for charity to raise money for prostate cancer. We did it last year and it was a James Bond theme so we all had to have a car that has been in a James Bond film and we headed for the mountain in switzerland where one of the films was made. Our fancy dress was just dinner suits for men and posh dresses for the ladies!
This year the theme for the cars are taxis and the other theme is music. We have got a car and need to transform it into a taxi. There are lots of taxi ideas around but we need to theme it with a genre or music artist/group and then have fancy dress in line with the music/artist!
Last year between us we raised over 100,000 pounds so it is a worthwhile event.
Anyone got any suggestions for our taxi or fancy dress?
